About Me

Hi, I’m Becca Montjoy, a nonprofit CRM nerd and digital problem-solver with more than a decade of experience in development operations, communications, and digital marketing. I believe nonprofits deserve smart, usable systems, not frustrating chaos.

Recently, I served as an Implementation Consultant at Bonterra, where I led the EveryAction and Mobilize onboarding for over 100 nonprofits, making sure their databases were set up cleanly, efficiently, and with long-term usability in mind.

Before that, I was the Communications Director at Sustainable Food Center in Austin, where I helped shape the development and marketing strategy for the organization. I also served as the primary administrator of Raiser’s Edge, building and maintaining the data systems that powered donor engagement, supporter communications, and program impact tracking.

In 2022, I launched 501 Digital Studio on Etsy, offering templates designed specifically for nonprofits, from donor stewardship and event planning to grant tracking and annual reports. Everything is built to save time, build consistency, and help fundraising and comms folks stay organized and effective.

I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin, and currently serve on the Board of Directors for the Farmers Market Fund as the Fundraising Committee Chair.

I am located in Portland, OR, and serve nonprofits nationwide.
